Spellcasters damage each other. Other than that, monsters generally don't
attack each other.

In fact, it's sometimes easier to let spellcasters cast and just kill the
remaining few :-)

You need to create a new archetype (or at least an image ("face")).
That's currently a big problem with crossfire, since it requires people
to change crossfire files just to be able to use your map (instead
of either having things embedded inside the map, or at least in
a separate file in lib/archetypes/ etc.)
