CF: Bug crossfire 0.95.4

Hello

I've got my hands on AIX 4.3.2 and compiled crossfire 0.95.4. with
gcc-2.95.1.
This results in:
        gcc -g -O2 -Wall  -I../include -I. -c reader.c
In file included from /usr/include/dirent.h:35,
                 from ../include/global.h:247,
                 from reader.l:32:
/usr/include/sys/dir.h:211: warning: `NO_STAT' redefined
../include/living.h:39: warning: this is the location of the previous
definition

where
NO_STAT is defined like
#define NO_STAT         0
in /usr/include/sys/dir.h
and
#define NO_STAT 99    /* needed by skills code -b.t. */
in include/living.h

I think the name NO_STAT should be changed, so that no conflicts exists to
aix 4.3.2*

Bis dann
Klaus
