another problem i heard of ( didn't try it yet ) is that there's a
possibility to 'steal' exp from low level players (with the weapon
stormbringer).

so another way to cheat is:
1. don't form a group
2. paralyze a dragon (or keep him from killing a lvl 1 player)
3. alchemy-create bolts/arrows of assassinating dragons
   (recipe is REALLY simple, and ingrediences are REALLY easy
    to get)
4. hand out a bow + some arrows to the level 1 player
5. level 1 player shoots, kills dragon
6. high level player 'drains' exp from the low level player.

this's a cheat which is independent from the party system.

solution could be to rewrite the draining process ...
like one cant drain exp at all :)
or one gets only 0.01% of the exp drained...
