Yes, the second draft is mostly written and I'll soon be able to devote  
all my time to discussions on the list again now that I've finally  
pushed Emacs for NeXTstep out of the door (and dealt with most of the  
following mail avalanche), and I won't have to teach any more classes  
for another four months or so.
