0.92 Bug?

I get the following when the character dies;

/usr/share/hacks/games/lib/crossfire/players/Eneq.pl: No such file or directory
/usr/share/hacks/games/lib/crossfire/players/Eneq.pl.dead: No such file or directory
Trying to insert object outside the map.
