(ASCEND) FAQ? & Max 4000 PRI

First,

  Has anyone know where the FAQ went?  "http://www.nealis.net/ascend/faq"
is returning "not found."  I am looking for the DEBUG command list.

That brings me to my problem.  I need to clear two channels on an ISDN
PRI line.  The MAX thinks they are in use on the status window and for
outbound dialing, but the "show users" command does not show them in
use... And they are not actually in use.

    This is why there are users at the end of line 2.
