(ASCEND) TNT Multi-Shelf Problems...

LOG error, Shelf 1, Controller, Time: 09:41:14--
  Slot 2/1, timeout failure code=0 during POST

About a month ago, I kept getting this error.  Then Ascend replaced my slave
shelf and shelf controller.  The problem went away.

Now it is back again with the above error.  I also notice that when I get
approximately 340 or more connections to the TNT, I get a ton of "Lan
Security Errors" and users have to try repeatedly to get connected.  So far
it seems that it is only affecting analog users.

Any ideas?

Below is my configuration for this TNT.  I am running 7.0.4 code.
