I am not sure I understand your problem.

If your users are connected to the TNT then it is perfectly normal
that the TNT appears in the traceroute, as it should. Are you saying
the TNT is appearing in traceroutes for users not connected to the
TNT, i.e. in situations where the TNT is irrelevent?
