(ASCEND) wdDial decoding

How are people decoding wdDialout traces these days? 
DECODER.EXE and SR.EXE appear to both be long gone from 
both the Ascend and Rockwell sites, and the email address 
through which Ascend used to provide this service is now 
unresponsive.

I found a website that will do them on-line, but only IP. I have IPX 
packets causing me trouble.
