It shouldn't happen that way, What happens is when the primary D-Channel goes
down and it switches over to the secondary, you will see the TNT's (via the status screen)
look as if it has dropped all the sessions. However, the appropriate *'s should comeback
once the secondary D-channel takes over for the control channel.
Do you actually see the user count drop when you kill the primary D-Channel.
