There is no way to do this.

A long time ago (1 or 2 years?) someone published on this list a useful
little tool for announcing routes to a Pipeline via RIP2 for use when
you don't want to run a full fledged routing protocol. This is a good
workaround to the problem if you have a machine (any machine, this
thing is lightweifht) that's up all the time that can take care of
announcing the extra routes. I don't remember whose tool it was or
what it was called, though. Sorry.
