(ASCEND) Little NAT problem on a P50

For the first time I am actually sitting behind a p50 running and
being annoyed to hell with things like telnet & ftp dropping out
after around an hour.

We are not actually using dhcp on the machines effected (mm I could
try that) although the p50 is set up as a server.

The actual link is not dropping & is running a MP session into a
tigris which I would luv to know a compatible stac type compression
to use....

Funny thing, It was happening previously and I seemed to clear the
problem someway I don't know what I did :-(

I had to change the ip address of the wan interface and then bingo
the problem reocurred.

Any ideas folks ??
