(ASCEND) Max 6k in HongKong.

hi, All.

   Today I heard a bad news about our Hongkong customer,  they said when max 6k use dial-out feature.
   the box will reset.  They use T1 PRI..   Have anyone use the dial-out feature in HongKong?

   Any clues ?
