(ASCEND) PAP & CHAP Fails but Script Works!

I am having a new problem with Max6096 running 7.0.3! 

PAP & CHAP authentication fails on some users sometimes, it works for whole week then next day they no longer can connect! However when we swicth to scripts, they connect fine!

Any of you had this problem?
