(ASCEND) delicated phone number in 4048

Hi,

I am trying to reserve first few channels on a 4048 to specific numbers,
said (905)xxx-8123 with the following settings, but seems that it cannot
reserve the channel, as well as the one whom are dialing in with the 8123
number will flow to other channels. Is there any hints on how to make it work?
