If you are talking about the V.35 port on the MAX, make
sure that the option doesn't get disabled after
you upgrade the software. V.35 option is a hash
option that gets enabled by the codes supplied
by Ascend. Check the "Sys Options" window screen
for serial WAN option

We are also trying to get a Tigris to multilink into this Max 4000 box. The
links either keep dropping out or freeze up and won't pass any data.
Although if we dial into a different MAX 4000 running a higher version of
the software, the problem doesn't happen. Does anyone know if there are any
issues with the Tigris dialing into the MAX 4000 which is running version
5.0Ap27?
