(ASCEND) MAX 4000 - connection dies

Hello All,


I'm having a big problem whith my MAX 4000. 
I'm using MAX as a ISP access server. I have many users angry whiyh me...
some times my connections dies. Every thing is ok but sudently I can't
receve data any more, my modem continues sending data but can't receve.

I know that this is my MAX's error becouse I have 4 cisco's and every thing
goes fine... my link is beeing monitored and no problems were found.

PS. I haven't made any cheges.
Any Help ??
