Set sysConfigTftpHostAddr to the IP address of the tftp server.

Set sysConfigTftpFilename to the filename so save to.

Then set sysConfigTftpCmd to 1.

Then get sysConfigTftpStatus. If you get back 17 it means the operation is in
progress, so check again in a few seconds. If you get back 1 it means
success.
