I ran the resource/mlp95/disk1/setup.exe. Tried that on two
separate W95 installations - one is the original 8/95 version and
one is OSR2 and they both purport to complete installation
successfully, but then when run request the registration key.

The only companion CD's I have near at hand are:
Part number 7820-0484-002
Copyright 1996, MaxLink Pro version 3.0
I took this one out of a P-75 box we received a couple of months
ago.
\resources\mlp16
\resources\mlp95
\resources\mlpnt
Under each directory, disk1\setup.exe to install. NT works great,
16&95 don't.

Part number 7820-0484-003
Copyright 1997
This one might have come with a P-15.
There is no \WIN95NT directory. There are also no mlp* directories
under \resources. The CD sleeve also no longer mentions MaxLink.
From these clues, I guess this version did not come with MLP.
The sleeve does say to get updates from
ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/pl_cdrom. I find no
pl_cdrom directory there, but I did find PL_CDROM. In there is a
link to MaxLinkPro that goes nowhere (as far as I can tell).

If there is a newer version out there and a part number for a new
CD, I'd love to know what it is.
