Check for frame slips. The problems I've had with Pipe 130s that fit your
description were clocking problems.

I've run 6.1.19 since it's release. The only problem I have under 6.1.19 is
that the BRI doesn't properly back up FR PVCs. The Pipeline Escalation
Group is working on it.
