(ASCEND) P=63 error code

Hello,
I have a MAX 6000 running software release code 6.1.24 and it has fully populated with 16 port 56K cards and also with 4 T1s. About 3 weeks ago we added the last card and the 4th T1 and ever since then some of the users are having a hard time (well, they just don't connect!) connecting to this particular MAX. They wait a few minutes and then they can connect to one of our other MAX's (MAX 4048 - same software code). The message they are getting is either the one about "incompatible set of protocols......" or the "the computer you are dialing cannot answer......". In our radius log we see them trying to connect, but then they are disconnected with the P=63 error code. Below is a sampling of the radius log file. If we reset the MAX everything is fine for a couple of days, then it starts all over again. I cannot afford to reset the MAX every couple of days because one of these days I'm afraid it's not going to come back up. Does the MAX have a command that allows you to s!
ee the available resources so we can see if the memory is low? Or something like that?

I would very much appreciate anyr help with this matter as soon as possible.
Thank you
