Re: (ASCEND) crashing 6000
We have had trouble with a couple of 6000s which do the same as what yours
is doing, although not quite as frequently (resets occurring every 2 to 3
days in one case and 4 to 5 hours in another). These resets also leave no
fatal errors. Is the box in production while it has been resetting? How
many modem cards do you have installed in it? Does it make a difference if
you remove them? I would say that this one is a likely candidate for RMA :(
