RE: (ASCEND) Remote Disconnection



Here is a possibility:

The user may have configured their browser to dial when needed.  I
believe that Internet Explorer 4.0 has an option to hang up after a
specific idle time.

Are the users actively doing things... or just leaving the connection
idle
when they get disconnected?
