Correct.  Barring any unusual configuration parameter settings, you
can always use all of the lines as ISDN....but you can only have
as many K56Flex users as you have modems.  In other words, all of your
k56 modems are more than happy to sit idle while all of the channels
are connected with ISDN callers.
