Ascend Communications is officially closed for business today 1/2/98.

If there are any urgent issues, I recommend calling Ascend TAC. Other
issues will be handled in order starting Monday 1/5/98. 

I will be working some today, since I lost most of the Xmas/New Year
weeks with vacations and sick-leave....
