RE: (ASCEND) Pipeline 85

I've had the same problem with my p85 losing the second channel after a
day or so and it won't rebuild it unless I hangup and redial.  This is
with perm/switched and base/min/max channel count set to 2.  Firmware
rev. 6.1.7.  It also won't bring the second channel back up after I make a
voice call over the second pots port.
