We are having the same problem with a Max 6000 running
7.2.0. I am going to downgrade today to see if that helps.

I have a problem with a Max 4004. All has been working fine for months and
now all of a sudden all of my modems show In-Use and I dial the number and I
get a busy tone. I am running 2-ISDN PRI's and have had the telco check it
out. According to them, my equipment is rejecting the call.
I have reset to factory defaults and reloaded the configurations with no
avail.
Any ideas?
