(ASCEND) Release 4.5Cp15 for Multiband Plus and VSX

The 4.5Cp15 release for the Multiband Plus/VSX family has been given to 
Product Engineering and Customer Support.

The 4.5Cp15 release for the Multiband Plus/VSX family contains the following:
Corrections:

Corrections with no TR#:
* X.21 BONDING calls to BT Zydacron failed.
* 64KxN bonding calls to a VSX BRI w/V.35 resulted in no video.
* Mismatch of network line provisioning caused reset.
* 16-channel AIM calls could cause BRI unit to reset.
* For Multiband BRI unit, a 16-channel AIM call caused the unit
to reset when Parallel Dial was set to 12. The problem has
been fixed.
* Disconnecting PRI cable caused reset.
* Multiband Plus reset under heavy load on the Ethernet.
* Large Ping packets caused the Multiband Plus to reset.
* Multiband Plus with B&O over nailed BRI reset with no FEs
* V.25bis sequence freezes when incoming and outgoing calls collide
* Port 3 rang when the Multiband Plus received 2-channel call
on ports 2 and 4.
* In UK, alternate calls failed when a PictureTel Venue made a
two-channel Clear Call to a Multiband Plus BRI connected to
PictureTel Concorde.
* On a Multiband VSX, the initial call following the deactivation
of an idle BRI line would fail to connect.

Corrections with TR numbers
TR2387 Simultaneous multichannel calls into an AIM/6 could be unreliable.
TR2588 Will not connect on more than two channels using NI1.
TR2816 Not sending proper Number Type and Dial Plan values.
TR3168 2x56 call crashed on connection of 2nd channel.
TR3242 Could not establish 23-channel AIM calls consistently
TR3633 Multiband VSX T1 could lose its configuration.
TR3720 All Multiband units do not display four-digit date.

* Increase call digits to 30 per call for supporting pic codes
* X.21 call progress message support
* Increased number of channels for BONDING calls
* Local loopback feature
* Add support for absolute startup time variable
