(ASCEND) Bandwidth on Demand Problem (pipe 15)

  I'm experiencing problems with the bandwidth on demand feature of the
Pipeline 15 (TA, Isdn modem)
Every time the second channel unsuccessfully attempts to link up it ends
up dropping the first b channel.
the other end is a MAX ?? that belongs to the ISP. All I want is to be
able to utilize my full 128k of available bandwidth via bandwidth on
demand or an alternative static method.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
