(ASCEND) PIPELINE: Pipeline 75, ACO and call waiting...




We have been experiencing a problem lately where at our residence, someone
calling in will get a busy signal (only one channel in use for voice at the
time, data on the other), even though we have call waiting and ACO setup
properly at the CO (verified through SW Bell). My understanding and this is
the way it worked previously is that the person calling in should get a
ring, not a busy signal. Nothing to my knowledge has changed on the setup
of the 75 we use.

Any suggestions as to what might be the problem would be appreciated.
