(ASCEND) Ascend Anti Spoofing in Radius

I see the following entry in the Ascend dictionary
file for radius:

# 	Ascend IP anti-spoofing attribute
ATTRIBUTE 	Ascend-Source-IP-Check      	96     
integer


I can't find anything on this in any Ascend manual. 
Has anybody used this and does it work?
