(ASCEND) Two little questions

Hi there.

Maybe this is a funny question, but ... do you know of a reason
why a customer connected to us via a Max 4k constantly gets
interrupted ftp downloads? It's not happening always, and there's
a 4 kb/s stream (roughly) so it should not break out because of
an idle timeout, though it's happening every two days when they
try to download a file bigger than 1 MB.

Any ideas?
