(ASCEND) 6.0.4 for the MAX family

Release 6.0.4 for the MAX family has been given to support. This release
contains the following:

Corrections:
TR 2387       Simultaneous calls into a AIM/6 on a Max 4004 were 
                    unreliable.
TR 2962      MAX sometimes did not callback (CBCP) to the modem user.
TR 2964       PC client did not get a response from 2 Foreign Agent Max
                     units when using ATMP with MP stacking.
TR 2965       PHS/PIAFS was slow to disconnect.
TR 2995       MAX possibly running out of memory event; caused Fatal 
                     Error 1.
TR 2998       MAX 1800: Nailed/MPP did not work across a serial WAN. 
TR 3014       MAX did not log a LAN security error in the 002 Message 
                     Log Window.
TR 3016       VJ compression caused corrupt TCP header.
TR 3079       File transfer through Zmodem failed over X.25 network.
TR 3092       WANdialout SNMP MIB table did not contain callReferenceNum. 
TR 3121       Token card authentication did not work if the Rem Name
                     parameter on the Pipeline did not match the Sys Name 
                     parameter on the MAX.
TR 3125       MAX reset with Fatal Error 2 because of a memory leak.
TR 3126       MAX intermittently refused Telnet sessions to Port 5000.
TR 3155       MAX ignored IGMP version 2 leave message.
TR 3200       Acct Reset Timeout did not work.
TR 3210       FE2 memory Leak in filterEntry pool.
TR 3226       MAX reset with Fatal Error 29 when Realm authentication
                     request failed.
TR 3239       Specific malformed UDP packet caused Ascend units to reset.
TR 3266       MAX 6000 reset with Fatal Error 29 with BACP.
TR 250131   An error occurred in the ISDN signalling sent by a MAX 
                    at a call hangup.
TR 250206   ATMP Home Agent dropped packets from client network 
                    when in backup.
TR 250224   CBCP was not supported on the MAX 200 Plus.
TR 250225   Second IP address sent out as source address.
TR 250257   Silent mode did not work correctly.
TR 250263   With IP Direct, Max did not accept packet size of 1500 
                     with an MTU of 1500. 


Release 6.0.4 supports Rockwell K56flex code version 1.160T.
