Re: (ASCEND) Maxen give users fast busy, or won't answer.



When you experience the problem can you see the call initiation on the
MAX?  Frequently, the fast busy is the telco running out of switch
capacity.  We have seen it appear in some areas at peak usage times and
disappear for several months after switch capacity upgrades.
