RE: (ASCEND) keeping auth info with solaris box
Does anyone know if Ascend is "officially" promising V.90 support for
4004 / 4048 boxes and, if so, whether this is a free upgrade or
there will be a cost ?

Cistron is another free radius server that is compatible with
Ascend, Livingston & Merit... Works great on the DEC Alpha processor
runnin RH5 whereas none of the others would...
