We're having a problem with extremely slow response times with a MAX 4000
(5.0Ap38) with 48 56k modems and two channelized Ts. It will not completely
draw the screen when using telnet, and ping times are slow but with no
packet loss.  The lEC has checked the frame circuit and reports it clean.
I would like to examine the traffic coming into the MAX to see if possibly
an IP is generating traffic from the internet but I'm not sure how to do
this or even if it's possible.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated by
myself as well as angry customers.

P.S. A reboot from the diag menu didn't help the situation.
