Hi,
	We are currently running ebaxk.m60.

Further update on the situation, after trying 2 modem cards at a time,
that still didn't resolve the problem.  I have since put the old one back
on, which is off the UPS system and it has been going for 13 hours now, as
the new one was resetting itself on average sometimes 2-5 minutes.
