(ASCEND) 7.0.4 pausing

Has anyone experienced any 'pausing' with 7.0.4?  We have several users
reporting that they stop passing traffic (Both ISDN and analog users) and I
myself have experienced this occasionally.  It's as if the MAX just stops
listening and sending data for about 10 seconds and then continues.  I
haven't nailed it down to any particular interval yet.
