We just picked up a group that is using cellphones (All Nokia 232's) to 
access us... the best anyone can get is 4800... yes, only 2 zeros 
there... which essentially is useless.

Does anyone else have experience with Cell calls... we're running, 
depending on the maxen, 5.0Ap33, 6.1b2, and 6.1.7  Testing has shown the 
speed is not determinate upon which maxen/load they come into...
