(ASCEND) Route Dies after a few days.

Howdy.

I have a customer with two netbocks connecting via ISDN ( a Pipe50).  I
have it set up as follows:

He calls in with one of the IPs from the main block

I have a static route pointing his other netblock to his router on the ascend

 x Third-Party=No               


This works fine for a few days, and then the route disappears.  I change
the metric to 2, and then it works for another week.  Then it disappears
again.  Needless to say, both the customer and I are getting a wee bit pissed.


Thoughts, comments, suggestions?
