RE: (ASCEND) Question on Multi-Tech proxy server and Ascend MAX

I'm using 6.0.8 on a MAX4004. I have tested two modems on a laptop,
one PCMCIA and an external using MS DUN1.2 with good throughput results.

The problems I have are unique to the Multi-Tech / MAX combination.

Sincerely,

Are you using a farily recent software load on the MAXen? I've seen a
couple
of reports recently on this list that people are getting analog MP
connections
that work pretty well - so it might be a revision issue?

Are the data transfers that you refer to "crawling" from the MAX to the
MT, or the other way around?
