(ASCEND) MAX 4002 Net/BRI Interface and IP unnumbered

Hello ladies and gents,

My scenario:

I have a MAX 4002 with a Net/BRI Interface for dedicated ISDN to one of my
customers. I'm trying to set up IP unnumbered between the MAX and his Bay
RT328. His RADIUS profile is as such:

isdnuser Password = "isdnpass"
        User-Service = Framed-User,
        Ascend-Idle-Limit = 0,
        Framed-Protocol = MPP,
        Framed-Routing = None,
        Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.240,
        Framed-Address = 207.226.104.49

Unfortunately when he tries to connect this is what I see in my logs:
Sep 18 15:06:29 pinn-max100.pinn.net ASCEND: call 30 CL 0K  u=isdnuser c=47
p=63 s=64000 r=64000  h=207.226.104.49

And then the connection drops. Any Ideas? Help? I've looked up the cause and
progress codes on Ascends website and scoured the documentation, we even had
a conference call with Bay.
Am I setting up something wrong? Am I forgetting something?
