Just set the priority to 0 on each max, that is if there are at least
two Ciscos in your OSPF area that qualify for DR/BDR. A router with
higher priority is preferred during the selection of designated/backup
OSPF router and a router with a priority of 0 will be ruled out.
So basically adjust the priorities of your Ciscos (the ones with more
horspower/free CPU should get a higher priority) and set the Maxen to 0.

After enabling/disabling OSPF, as well as adjusting a few specific OSPF
settings, you need to reboot the unit. I would assume that a change of
priority would only become effective after restarting the box.
