Thank you for another exccuse.

My main access server is the Cisco AS5200.  We also have the Ascend
Max 4000 now.  I have been blaming on

1. BellSouth
2. Cisco

and now,

3. Ascend ;-)

Can't blame on the customer's phone line, since it seems to tick
them off badly.
