(ASCEND) Dead Pipe 25

Hi There,

I've got a pipe 25 that went haywire on me.  When I reboot it, it comes
up to a flashing 'con' light.  When I hook a console up to it after
reboot, I get "downloading to flash  ready to recieve file
CKCKCKCKCK..."
And that's it.


Is the pipe toast?  Can I do anything with it?
