Hi,

Can anyone pls tell me how max 4000 determine which digital modem (12/16 
ports) to 
use?

>From the radius accting detail file 

NAS-Port = 20204

2 - analog call
02 - line number
04 - channel on the line

So does this channel on the line always associate with the particular 
digital modem ?

How can I be sure that the digital modem is ok ?

Is there any way I can monitor the digital modem - by error rates ?

Pls advise.
