Yea, but look what Ascend did with the Cascade dial-up box, Hardware wise
it was one of the most impressive boxes I have laid my eyes on, but then
1 week after the Ascend buy-out of cascade the cascade NAS's where
terminated. Bah.. I think there is just too much of a installed base of 
Ascend gear for lucent to just discontinue, Even though the PM4 may
be superior, the installed base of Ascend gear will over shadow that.
