Hi Rob,

AFAIK, Disconnect-cause-code 240 means link was brought down because of LQM
(link quality monitor) has decided that link quality was bad.

There is (confirmed in 6.1.3) problem with LQM on multi-channel links,
and you can try to disable it in default answer profile.
