(ASCEND) Ascend P75 & Caller-ID

Hi all,
    I've been receiving caller-id info from my pipeline, but that info was
real limited.  I was only receiving the callers number; no name, date, or
time.  I called US West, and they made a change.  Now, I receive nothing but
private number on my caller id.  What is interesting is that I have a
program I wrote that decodes the packets sent to/from the CO, and I am now
getting the callers name & number (I was not getting the callers name
previously, so we appear to be on the right track), but still no time &
date.  Has anyone had any luck in receiving all of the caller-id
information?  If so, any ideas as to what option I should tell US West to
change/enable?  I also have a trouble ticket with Ascend about this.
