	We are experiencing a problem with some WebTV users.. They are 
calling up our TNT's and getting a Cause 47, which is a LCP closed since there 
were no NCP's open, which I've seen with some win95 people that forget to 
install tcp/ip.   Most WebTV people aren't much help in diagnosing any sort of 
problem.  They can dial into the Max's fine just the TNT is exhibiting this 
problem.  We are currently running 2.1.9.
